In addition, all residents will have full access to the community services and facilities that Limelight offers. These are contained on the ground floor of Limelight and the general public do not have access to the apartments.
To be eligible for an apartment at Limelight, you must be aged over 55 with a care or support need. A support need could be for example, that you are living in a house that you are struggling to maintain or that you feel isolated where you live.
Full market value, prices range between £153,250 - £170,000.
Based on a full market value of £156,250 you can purchase from;
£39,062 based on a 25% share with a rent payable of £268.55 pcm on the remaining share
£78,125 based on a 50% share with a rent payable of £179.04 pcm on the remaining share
£117,187 based on a 75% share with no rent payable as this is the maximum share.
