Limelight's flexible and adaptable event spaces offer the perfect venue hire setting for any celebration, special occasion, event, conference or meeting.
Whether you want to celebrate that special someone's birthday, plan a lavish wedding, or Henna celebration, hold corporate conferences, have a base for your activity, or just need a small meeting room for a few hours. Our event spaces can be transformed into what you need.
Limelight’s event spaces are made up of five uniquely designed rooms that can be hired out separately or adjoined together to create a flexible space to suit you.








Room layouts
We have taken the stress of planning seating arrangements away from you. Here is our quick guide to how your celebration, special occasion, event or meeting could be set up.
Banquet Style
A traditional wedding set up. A top table layout with round tables organised around the room for your guests. This could also be used for networking events.
Boardroom Style
The layout of a traditional boardroom, with one long table and seating around, giving businesses the chance to have meetings out of the office environment.
Theatre Style
Perfect for corporate presentations. Gather your guests in rows of seating facing the top table and take advantage of our audio and visual presentation equipment.
We are happy to help with any special requests you may have on seating arrangements and room layouts.
Event spaces and rooms
The uniquely designed and versatile event spaces at Limelight can be transformed into what you need. Each room has it's own capacity for the different layouts. From 8 to 200 people, we have a solution to fit your needs.
Clifton
A large bright space with windows running along the length of one wall, don't worry if it's a bright sunny day, full-length blinds will make the room feel cosy.

A medium-sized room and home to Limelight’s 4D immersive technology. Whether you're looking for a multi-sensory room, children's play or want to transport your next Board Meeting to a whole new level, Cornbrooks technology is here to serve your needs.
What is 4D immersive technology? Through LED lighting, giant projection and surround sound, the ultimate experience can be created. Instantly transform the space to take your audience on a journey, from a winter wonderland to under the sea.

Meeting Room One
If you're looking for a small meeting room for up to 8 people, Meeting Room One works perfectly. Located in the main foyer of the building, the meeting room has natural daylight where your delegates can sit in Boardroom layout in a private setting.
Meeting Room Two
A small and compact meeting room, ideal for quick consultations or interviews. Maximum capacity of 3 people.
Events Kitchen
If you'd like to cater your own event then our onsite, well- equipped kitchen is available for hire. Direct access from St Brides and Shrewsbury rooms, and access to both Cornbrook and Clifton through the adaptable layout options.
Adaptable layout options
Versatile Spaces for versatile events, our rooms can change from a training session for 20 people to a party in banquet layout for 200, via our adaptable layout options.

Equipment
Chairs and Tables
Leave the layouts for us to set up. We take all the hassle and stress of setting up and putting away the chairs and tables. Our Building Service Operatives will set up the room to the desired layout. If you choose a layout that is personalised to your event or function, we will take care of that also. This service is free and included in the room hire rate.
Room decoration
To enable you to get the room set up to your exact standard, whether this is decorating for a wedding or setting out reference material for a conference. You will get up to two hours before your start time to set up, at a discounted hourly rate £10.00 for one room, £20.00 for more than one room.
Audio Visual equipment hire
Each room has access to the Limelight WIFI, so getting online is easy for your event, meeting or conference. We also provide Audio Visual equipment hire and can tailor it to your needs.

Catering
We can cater your event, whether this is tea's and coffee for eight or a full sit down menu for 200, our catering team will provide the service to match your needs. An extensive hospitality menu has snacks, buffets, platters, light lunches and drinks to choose from. If you want a specialised menu to fit your event or you have your own catering, then our events manager will take care of this and create a package to meet your needs.
